The catering services for the VIC (Cafeteria, Restaurant, Bar, Lounges) are provided by EUREST, one of the largest catering enterprises in Europe and worldwide. The responsibility of overseeing the catering management rests with UNIDO, which is also in charge of signing the contract with the subcontractor (EUREST).
The Joint Advisory Committee on Catering Services (JACCS), previously called the Catering Advisory Committee (CATAC), is the joint body responsible to monitor the catering services. Staff Council representatives in JACCS are ready to bring to the attention of EUREST and UNIDO issues that staff may have on the catering services. The Staff Union representatives in JACCS are:

Staff representatives in JACCS continue to keep a close eye on EUREST daily operations and with the help of all staff can monitor and continuously improve the services provided.
